At PrestoMarine, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or Personalized Products: Any item that has been customized or personalized for you is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
- Perishable Goods: Any perishable goods, including food, batteries, or items with limited shelf life, are not eligible for return.
- Used: Used products are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [customer support email] or call us at [customer support phone number]. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent. Ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the package.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. International Returns
- International Orders: For international orders, the return process is the same as for domestic orders. However, you are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with the return.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
- Holiday Returns: For purchases made during the holiday season (November 15 - December 31), we extend the return period to 60 days to accommodate gift returns.
- Bulk Orders: For bulk orders or large quantities, please contact us directly to discuss specific return terms.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. To ensure the fastest resolution:
- Return for Inspection: We require you to send back the defective or damaged part(s) so our team can inspect and determine if a repair is possible. We will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Expedited Replacement: If you need the replacement part urgently, we can send out a new part right away. An invoice for the replacement part will be issued, and payment will be required upfront. Once we receive the defective or damaged part, and it is confirmed to be eligible for return, we will process a full refund for the replacement part.
